Improv Comedy Mumbai The Proceeds of today's show goes to help kids in Mankhurd

Its Christmas Eve y'all!!!
CAFE BRUN @ JUHU BETWEEN JUHU CIRCLE AND PVR CINEMA
Today, an hour of your time can contribute to a lifetime of smiles. As cheesy as that sounds :P, thats exactly whats gonna happen tonight people. Improv Comedy Mumbai is donating the proceeds of today's show to the Lok Seva Sangam.

Lok Seva Sangam (LSS) is a voluntary organization that has been working with the community in Baiganwadi (Mankhurd, Mumbai) that lives next to the dumping ground since 1976. A significant population of the children and adults of Baiganwadi spend their day sifting through mounds of trash to earn their living. Tuberculosis and leprosy is rampant in this area. LSS aims to empower the people of Baiganwadi and provide them access to health care services.

One of the special programs they have undertaken is to provide education and vocational training to the children. So far, LSS has been teaching about the children in a very small room. They are hoping to find funding in order to purchase a bigger space to accommodate more children and also to implement comprehensive vocational training programs.

Today the money you pay at the door will fund this particular activity.
And listen, if you dont want to stop at that.. bring along anything that you feel a child student might need..
Come with a notebooks, pencils, bags. coloring books etc and make this an evening to remember..

The amount may be small but great things can be done in small quantities! ( Can i hear some epic Hollywood orchestra please!!)

Now we dont want anyone to be dissapointed so do book your seats in advance through PRITAM at 9820055732.

Hooray for our venue Cafe Brun for their support!! Cafe Brun Rocks!

For more details about LSS feel free to contact the lovely people who volunteer at LSS

Anything , every little bit will help

Thank you all those who came tonight. This was an evening well spent.

We leave you with these words..

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’"

The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
The Bible : Mathew 34 - 40

Merry Christmas y"all..

The at-risk and street based kids of Hamara Footpath will learn how to keep safe from trafficking while creating art to ...help other children who have already been victims. We feel its also important to teach the kids of Hamara Footpath the significance of giving back and helping others in the community while learning to help themselves.
