Arts in Motion invites you to be a part of its uniquely conceptualised event called ‘A POT OF GOLD’.
Being held on Sat 8th Oct, A Pot of Gold involves creating a ‘shopping’
experience for underprivileged children, where they will be provided
with fake ‘money’ to spend an afternoon ‘buying’ toys, books etc!
Underprivileged/
orphaned/ autistic/ cancer patient children will be invited to the
Studio and allocated a fixed ‘budget’ to pick & choose the items of
their choice and make their ‘shopping decisions’ wisely!
Additionally, to complete the Pot of Gold mela, there will be dance
workshops, singing competitions, gaming consoles, food& beverage
stalls and lots more!
Share this wonderful experience with us
by donating your books, toys, dvds, ipods, sports gear, stationery,
accessories, etc that are unused or in very good condition.
You could
also volunteer to help with the ‘stalls’ or host innovative activities
that the children might enjoy.
Collections will take place
every evening at the Arts in Motion reception desk weekdays 4-9pm, Sat
& Sun 12-4pm, till 30th Sept.
